WHAT TO EXPECT
Included in your registration are the evening snacks after our night sessions, lunch on Friday and Saturday, as well as snacks, coffee, and water throughout the conference. We will have BOB merchandise for sale. We have a shuttle available to you for transportation to/from the airport, the hotel, and the church if you aren't driving (for a small additional fee). If you are flying and NOT renting a car, we do provide a shuttle for a small additional fee. See the shuttle details below.
Doors open at 5:30pm on Oct 09, so plan to arrive early to get checked in, catch up with friends, and grab some BOB merch.
FLIGHTS
Airport: Midway/Chicago (MDW)
In order to not miss any of the conference, please make sure your arrival flight on Oct 09 lands no later than 4:00pm CT and your departing flight on Oct 11 departs no earlier than 3:30pm.
SHUTTLE
If you are flying and NOT renting a car, we offer a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport, transport you back and forth from select hotels and the church, and take you back to the airport. There is an additional $25 fee for the shuttle, due to the rising cost of transportation. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, paid at registration, and includes transportation for the whole conference. When you register, you'll select the shuttle option and will be prompted to provide your flight and hotel information.
AIRPORT: The shuttle will be picking up from Midway/Chicago (MDW) airport at 12pm, 2pm, and 4:30pm on Oct 09. The shuttle will be leaving the host church at 12:45pm when the conference is over to head back to the airport. Please make sure your flight arrives no later than 4:00pm on Oct 09 and leaves no earlier than 3:30pm on Oct 11 to be able to use the shuttle.
HOTEL: The shuttle will ONLY be going to the following hotels. Please make sure you book a room at these hotels if you will be using the shuttle: Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and Holiday Inn & Suites..
